8 Hour Concealed Carry Course (for Military Veterans)
The 16 hour Illinois Concealed Carry License Course is made up of two minimum 8 hour training days. Day 1 covers the safe handling and operation of revolvers and semi-automatic pistols; how to hold, aim and shoot, store and clean your pistol. Day 2 covers laws, tactic, and the qualification shoot.

Active duty or Reserve U.S. Military personnel, or Veterans with an Honorable Discharge may skip Day 1 of the Concealed Carry Class.
